2. Shipping methods:
As soon as the parcel has arrived at the parcel machine, nearest pick-up point, or post office at the destination, a text message (SMS) with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel, will be sent to themobile phone number added in your order.
If the package is sent to a parcel machine, enter the code that you received by SMS on the touchscreen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! Usually, the parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.
4. Omniva machines in Baltic countries
Omniva parcel machines are located outside and are therefore accessible any time of the day, including early in the morning or late at night. It is an easy option for those who come to collect their parcel by bike,with a baby stroller or a dog. Collecting the parcel is simple and takes no more than 15-30 seconds. Orders made on working days (Mon – Fri) before 15:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders made on Friday afternoons (after 15:00), during weekends, and on national holidays are shipped on the next workday.
In Estonia, you can expect the parcel within 1-3 working days.
In Latvia and Lithuania, delivery times vary.
