ORDER.

  1. To order products, choose your desired product and click “Add to cart”. The contents of the Shopping bag are visible on the top right corner of the page.
  2. When you have selected your products, go to the Shopping bag by clicking “Bag” in the top right corner of the page. In your Shopping bag, you will see all of your selected products. On this page, you can also change the quantities of the products and, if necessary, remove some products from your Shopping bag.
  3. When you have selected your products, go to the page where you can finalize orders and click  “Continue to checkout”.
  4. When finalizing the order, fill in the address fields and choose a suitable delivery and payment method. Here, you can also use your discount code.
  5. By clicking “Place order”, you will be directed to the Internet Bank of your choosing.


RETURN POLICY.

We're sorry to hear that it's not working out!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our website, we are happy to let you know that you can return any unwanted products meeting our Return Policy requirements.

The guarantees and the procedure for returns provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply to the goods purchased from the stay.company online store.

Pursuant to section 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the goods purchased by the Customer may be returned within 14 days as of the date of delivery of the goods.

Returning the product:

  • Customer must inform us of their intention to return a product within 14 days after receiving the goods by filling in the form or via our email info@stay.company
  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    Please note that items purchased as a bundle or set (e.g STAY Well Mask Combo, Triple Hyaluronic Acid Duo set, etc...) must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be offered. Please also note that, except where required by applicable law, gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
    Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.
  • The customer must bear the cost of returning, unless the reason for returning is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
  • The money paid for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the customer immediately but no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal. In addition to that, the cost of delivery will also be reimbursed to the customer.

In the case of complaints, please send us an email at info@stay.company or submit a form. In your letter, please try to describe as precisely as possible what your complaint is about and do not forget to include your contact information. We will contact you within three working days.

We ask you to ensure that the original or a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment. Please confirm the order number, products returned, and return tracking details if needed.

Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive. Though it's not required, we do recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection and to also hold on to the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Only products received by our warehouse can be credited. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to proceed the refund. Please be mindful of what is being sent to us as any products incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you.


Third-party retailers.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of stay.company online store. You must abide by the return and exchange policies set in place by the authorized retailer you have made your purchase with. Please contact the retailer in question for more details.

Fair Use
If we notice an abnormal pattern of return activity or behavior then we may connect with you about your returns.
STAY Company maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to received. STAY Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your Order for any reason - including, but not limited to, if we deem your Order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
